Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Vaughan

Had a day seminar here in one of the halls. Staff was friendly and professional. They kept the location clean and rapidly removed dishes and garbage during the breakfast snack and coffee bar prior to the event starting. The Victorian era look in the hall is getting old. It's clean and not falling apart, but I've seen it too much. Parking is also not free unless you are staying here overnight. Overall, a great experience though.

Was there for a conference. I like the fact that they have multiple sized rooms and can host many events at once. Great interior decor with a great location right off the highway. Breakfast buffet was serve that morning and was fantastic. Full service from the staff, we will make sure to use its facility again. The only downfall was the parking wasn't as great as we would like, if more events were held at the same time I could see it being an issue. Will recommend this place further to other peers in my industry.

I’ve stayed here many times before and will definitely not be returning after the last visit. One of the employers walked in on us in our room without knocking .. he had a card and opened our door and his excuse was he thought it was vacant …. we were in the room since 1:00. He said he was from housekeeping but this was at 5:00 pm? The night manager was very kind and apologized and said to call back in the morning to speak to the other manager but when my boyfriend called the next day, he didn’t seem to care at all and rushed him off the phone. Definitely will not be returning.

Excellent service! Very clean and comfortable! Staff went put of their way to make sure you had what you needed. Will stay here again!

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was amazing for a small cost. Pool was on the cool side though and the hot tub was too hot for the kids.
