We stayed at this hotel from May 22nd to 26th. It is a clean quaint hotel. The customer service was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. One employee in particular was amazing to us. Her name is Mitsou. She was so friendly and every time we saw her she remembered our names when greeting us. I would definitely stay at this hotel again

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel.nAfter my stay, I was charged an additional $250 that was never properly explained or justified. Despite leaving multiple voicemails, making numerous phone calls, and requesting clarification several times, I received little to no communication from hotel management.nAs a paying guest, I expected transparency, professionalism, and timely customer service. Instead, I have spent weeks trying to get a response and absolutely nothing.nWhat I find particularly frustrating is that the hotel has been responding to online reviews by stating, “Throughout the stay, our team received multiple complaints regarding excessive noise and disturbances during the hotel’s designated quiet hours.” At no point during our stay was I ever approached regarding a complaint about myself or my family. We were respectful guests throughout our visit. If there were legitimate concerns, they should have been addressed with us directly at the time.nIt is interesting that the hotel has been quick to respond publicly to reviews, yet unable to respond to our emails and phone calls regarding a billing dispute.nCustomer service does not end at check-out. Guests deserve clear communication, transparency, and prompt resolution when billing concerns arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.nI would not recommend this hotel based on the way this situation has been handled. Do your research people, we have found similar situations on Reddit from the same hotel. If only we would have looked there before booking.

Normally I wouldn’t bother writing a review for a hotel. Most places are fine, but nothing really stands out enough to make me want to tell everyone about it. But honestly, this hotel absolutely deserves a review.nnFor about $170 per night, this place was outstanding. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and even looked pretty cool design-wise. The shower pressure was excellent, which is always a huge plus when traveling. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water in the room—a small touch, but a nice one.nnThe cleaning service was excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and upbeat. Even when the lobby was busy, they still made the effort to greet you and welcome you back to the hotel, which says a lot about their customer service.nnThe only real letdown was the food. I ordered a burger that honestly tasted like it had been microwaved. That said, the drinks were great and the bartenders were friendly and very attentive, which made up for it.nnOverall, if I’m ever back in this area, I already know where I’ll be ALOFT!!

My experience here at Aloft hotels by Marriot has been one of the best great experiences I have experienced. The staff here are amazing remembering your name, checking in on your stay, to the lovely food served. The adult alcoholic beverage were also mixed so good. The lobby is modern feeling stepping into. The room I was in nicely kept the bathroom nice, clean mirror, fresh sheets and pillows. The best part is the mall walking distance & the Canada wonderland amusement park right down the street.

This hotel was the prefect location for our trip from the US. We were able to very easily get to the mall, many great restaurants, and Canada's Wonderland. The hotel was very fairly priced and room was clean. Pool was also nice and clean. Would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area and we plan to be back again next year!
