On 2024.06.07 approximately, we started a claim with our home Insurance for a sewer back up from old sewer lines in Kensington area, where they used old type of lines, which collapse after 50 years or so. We worked with Matt from the beginning to the end and the job was completed. The final cleaners came the week of September 23. A couple of the weeks were delayed because of circumstances out of Restore control. The contractors were excellent and their jobs did not take longer than needed. The contractors were courteous, clean, respectful, and did not leave cigarette butts etc. This company went above and beyond! We paid extra for the ceiling and the pot lights. New walls, New carpet upgraded underlay , painted walls, removed asbestos tiles, Provided a BIG BINS for garbage! Most importantly, our dog and cats were able to be managed with all their workers and contractors, and our cat never got out! :D

Almost 2 months later with this restoration company and there are still flood water, sewer backup damage in my Unit. Drywall and insulation basement walls are still in place, and their fans have been running continuously. Property removed from basement, damage to 2nd floor walls. Stacks of laminate flooring left in basement that they claim is salvageable is warped and moldy. Unit smells like rotting manure. Phone calls are minimal without updates. This flooding was June 03, 2024 today is July 25th. Tenants are still misplaced from this unit, and it’s one thing after another. Do not recommend this company to anyone.

My condo suffered sewer flood damages from the unit above at the end of September 2024. Project Manager Paul Menary, from On Side Restoration sent me the very best crew to pack up the entirety of my contents. I can't say enough about how thoroughly and carefully each item was dealt with. Thary, a dedicated mentor and her loyal team Lesia, Marilou, Mitch, Mariejoy, Evelyn, and Gillian were so helpful, understanding and hard-working. It was such a great pleasure to work with these amazing gals and I highly recommend them to anyone that should ever require their services. I am forever grateful for all they did going the extra mile to make sure it was a pain free experience given the unfortunate situation I was in. From the bottom of my heart, thanks a million!

We had a leak in our kitchen that required us to have our floors replaced. Gary and Adrien were assigned to our claim, and we've had nothing but a great experience with both of them. They were both quick to answer any questions we had and always had fast solutions. We're happy with the quick turnaround and the finished product!
