The staff is very rude and not customer friendly at all. The manager does not seem to care when customer gets frustrated with the staff.  The staff have made numerous transaction mistakes. Not sure who to take this to as this bank is the worst I have been to!

This is the worst branch to deal with regarding any issue. Manager doesn't return phone calls and staff is too busy doing nothing. I would avoid this location at all costs.

Branch manger does not follow any code of ethics. Too bad for CIBC I took my business elsewhere. Recommend others do the same.

I wish I can give less than 1 star. Very poor service, specially the indian lady has no courtesy.
always busy with nothing.
I thought so many time to quit CIBC just because of their bad attitude. Worst branch, I have visited so far.
