This has to be the worst branch I have ever been to. Teller has no idea what they are doing, fail to perform basic duty and the branch manager rather protect employees than solving problems. Just terrible.

Went in to get a roll of loonies... refused service because I wasn't a RBC client.
Certainly one way to not attract customers... will NEVER ever think about switching to them.  #RBCfail

They provided so many wrong information, prevented me from fully using the account several times without a valid reason, rude and not helpful at all
