I went to  this bank on Oct 11, 2017 Wednesday, at 5:30 pm -7:30 pm because 50 Centennial College students participated "Interview info session".  Especially, Staff gave us warm welcomed and staff are so kind.  They are encouraged and answer our question.  Now, I started to apply customer service position. Front desk has helpful staff. The teller would always make sure that visitors with Bank customers always have place to sit comfortably.

Terrible customer service

Not what I have come to expect from RBC

Man on wheels totally screwed up my wire transfer. Got 2/12 digits wrong. Costed me thousands in the stock market. Never trust someone on disability to handle your money.
