I opened my first savings account at this branch when I was 14 (31 yrs ago). I have had nothing but great service from all the team members at RBC. Since Online banking, I don't venture in much, but when I do - its always been pleasant - thank you!

Unusually happy and service oriented employees. I find the atmosphere among the staff jovial and yet still professional. I get super service here. The entrance door is a bit hidden, as it's set back around the side. Parking is always plentiful at this plaza.

The middle east looking guy was very rude and disrespectful. He shouldn't be representative of rbc.
