Pluto Bitcoin ATM

5* - for location 5* - for convenience 5* - for customer service. Not a lot of people will reach out to customer service support, but I was one of the lucky guys to try to use ATM during software update. Not only I did I get immediate reply from the support team, they kept updating me on progress and estimated time when service would be back up and running! I was Wowed by service, but believe me, the first two 5* (location and convenience) are worth using this place and company.

This was a good first experience using a Bitcoin ATM. The Pluto BTC ATM made it easy to get started and to recognize the next steps. I don't remember the fee.

BTC price was just over $9000 CAD and the sell price on the atm was over $11,000. While I would expect a markup this seems ridiculous. Maybe a decent place to withdraw but certainly not to buy
