RBC Royal Bank

I asked for some specific account service at this branch. The teller was nice and polite and told me the change was made. A month later I just found out the change never happened. I ended up have to call the toll free line and the phone service was way more efficient. They can be as nice or polite but I care more about if my request is done. Also there is never enough staff between 12pm-1:30pm. They seems to all take lunch break at the same time.

I don’t recommend it to slow you have to wait I will not go there any more .

This branch had the worst customer service out of any bank I have been to and re-confirms my decision I made to bank with another company. Every time I have a question they have me call the online banking services who then turn around and tell me I need to go to the branch. I have been to this branch 4 different times about the same issue but can never get a definitive answer. I find them to be so unwilling to help which is the most frustrating of all. I will never bank with them again!

Staff are SO SLOW and dull. Be prepared to wait here.
