RBC Royal Bank

Very slow customer service and some of their were not knowledgeable about their banking products. It’s always better to call the RBC customer services for best information and advice. The locker service is also slow, one customer at a time. This could be improved as some customers may take a very long time to finish with their locker or allocate time limits.

Worst branch I have ever visited in my life I use this bank to deposit my cheque every 2 weeks in person today I walked in to take a lumsome of money to pay a travel agent for my vacation and the racist manager JASON GOULD and the racist lady which they wouldn’t give me the name of refused to allow me to take money out of my own account they made up stories saying they need to verify the money. It’s completely sickening that a brown man can’t walk in and take his own money out without being doubted living in 2018

Terrible branch; slow service, RACIST staff. Sakali Pundais everywhere, led by Captain Sakali himself Jason Gould. 1 star is an overstatement. Hold nuts

Fast, friendly service! The staff are easy to talk to and very helpful. I recommend this branch.
