Absolutely fantastic service. I came in 15 minutes to close, wanted to open an account and deposit many cheques. They were happy to help and I really enjoyed their help.

Amazing customer service. After an AWFUL experience with the University branch location, I met with TARA who was sweet and resolved my inquiry. She listened actively to my needs and offered solutions very quickly. The manager was accessible and helped out. (unlike your university location manager who is too busy to talk to clients). By far better branch experience than the University location.
