There were so many times that I faced RBC staff dispunctuality. I've lost some money because of their advice. Wondering wherelse I can take my funancial work.

Somehow managed not to catch 2 fake cheques my mother brought to the tellers. When we went to ask them for their assistance, the lady at the front desk kept insisting she was the manager and could not help us or escalate the issue.

The managers there are dishonest. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY. I can guarantee you they will screw you over. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

As a new immigrant, I went to open an account. Considering Citi Bank, HSBC where I do banking in other countries, RBC quiet reasonable in terms of service. Ms.Sepi was outstanding and explain all the features and opened VIP A.C. and offered AVION Visa platinum credit card without fee for the first year. After I visited several times for banking purpose and I always had beautiful smiley faces with good impression..
