Really bad experience today with a staff named ironically "Joy". She was absolutely no joy to deal with. She reminded me why I don't do my day to day banking with RBC! So glad I don't have to go back to talk to her becuase I remember my pin, yeah me!

It was the worst rbc branch ever. Bank teller(Joy) was super unfriendly. Her service was awful and her speaking was unclear, hard to understand. She wasn't helpful at all. She started to doubt on everything so it took for a while to finish my business. Never want to come back to this branch.

I just had a bad experience with the people on counter and assistant branch manger his name (Ian Brown )I told them my problem in my account and (Ian Brown) was so rude to me hand he couldn't help me with nothing and he's like we can't do anything you should call customer service okkkk then why you are working here !!! As assistant manager??? If you don't know or if you don't want to help the customer ??! This is so bad and am changing this bank am done !!!
