I called them up to order foreign currency and ended up at the central call centre.  They were unable to reach the branch so they transferred me so that I could leave a voicemail.  However, once I got through the mailbox was full and I was unable to leave a message.  There has to be a better system or easier way to contact my branch.

Francesca is probably the most incompetent employee of many RBC I’ve ever had to do any transactions with.

You would think working with numbers all day that one could add properly

It seems that every time I go in to do some business, I have to wait forever. I loved the 500 Yonge branch so much more.
