RBC Royal Bank

I inquired last Sat Jan 27th about ordering cheques, the teller showed me how to do it AND ACTUALLY ordered cheques for me before telling how much it would cost. I asked to to cancel the order so I can do it myself on-line and decide and the quantity I would need and the price I would be willing to pay. The teller said the system hung up and she couldn't cancel, but promised she would do it on her next and she email her manager a note about it, and had left a note for herself etc... She guaranteed that she would take care of it. And of course $53 was deducted from my account on Jan 31st, and now I am on hold on the phone wasting my time trying to fix it. She also kept me at the counter for 15 min trying to hook me up with their investment and mortgage specialists. If she screwed up with even just a small banking request and did not keep her promise, how could I feel comfortable using other services they offer?

My dad's bank. Always had problems with extra charges that he shouldn't have been paying, and terrible service when it comes to that.
