If I could give 0 stars I would. Never ever ever again. The woman at the front started the whole experience off horribly. Rude and disrespectful would be an understatement. Check in procedure horrible, pool not working with no notice that's why we booked here for the kids tiny fridge on the floor I couldn't reach myself thank God I had kittle kids with me to help. Bathroom pieces falling off the wall. Plug didn't work for my son to have a bath, a line up of people wanting to complain and told there's no manager or supervisor to speak to or call. I was rudely handed a generic email and told I could contact someone that way. Ridiculous the list goes on, never ever again

the pool was closed and it didn't say it in the website.. and it opened the day after all of the kids left for provincials. there breakfast food was disgusting and everything was under cooked. at the exit door there are bugs everywhere and stains all over the place. the rooms where nice but when I woke up my whole face broke out into pimples and my friend broke out in hives. overall the place is horrible.. I don't recommend coming here AT ALL.

So bad do NOT RECOMMEND! Front desk lady wouldn't let kids play hockey in the hallways and it was a hockey team too, and I no it might sound crazy but that had nothing to do and we had to stay in are rooms the hole time. They also closed the pool all weekend because there were so many kids like what! It said on another review they closed the pool and then on another review it opened it the day after another team left. And when we asked to talk to the manager they said there's manager wasn't going to be there after the day we left *I think that's fake* overall BAD! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Terrible! Phones didn't work, Safety Hazard! no hot water. Says newly renovated! Not complete.nBreakfast is eggs, and sausage.nToilet was clogged, or water running all night.nBathroom on main floors are under renovation....nBeds are soft.nNo pool, no conference room available under construction! Not listed on the website, be aware. House rules listed on elevator.nThe front guest man, did his best with what he has.nThe worst hotel.

Great breakfast, good check in service, close to bus stop if you want to go into the city and avoid parking charges. Big room, good TV but not a smart TV.
