I love coming here!! We had a bad experience before getting here at another Hotel. We forfeit our room elsewhere and came back here to stay. Like the expression says, Don't change a good recipe. The Gentleman at the front was eager to help and got us a great room. He was exceptional and accommodating. Always a fair price for the amazing stays. Hot tubs are always a treat and the Sauna works wonderfully. Great cozy vibes as usual. Thanks again for a great stay!

I love this hotel, but there was a few moments where I was considering changing firstly reception took very long to come. I had a very long drive hotel I had an intervention in the rooms were very very very nice. I love those. I love the aesthetics in the shower above the shower, therefore back to the main subject hotel was very nice has a Jacuzzi Jacuzzi is very very nice. It’s very hot in the outdoors and the spa like what they have for the spa is amazing they have a sauna which you can cook up.

I have a general rule for reviews; if I have a negative experience with a company I will only write a negative review after trying to resolve the issue directly with them first. If they don't handle it satisfactorily, only then will write the review.nnWhile I would like to leave a better review, because the property is not bad, the issue is how they do business.nnI booked 14 rooms for multiple nights on a Saturday. I asked about a group rate and was told there is no manager on the weekend and to inquire on Monday. Upon arrival Monday I asked for a manager at the front desk and explained what I was looking for. The agent behind the desk advised that she could provide the group rate. I confirmed it would be applied to all bookings.nnAt checkout I noticed the rate was not honoured. I followed up over the next few days, and was given a response that the rate charged matched the confirmation on the booking, which was directly on their website, not a third party, and there was nothing they could do.nnThis is not the way to do business.

We stayed for 1 night after the conference. The drive was about 15 min from downtown Ottawa. There were 6 charges for electric vehicles - free of charge. There was thermal hot tub/ swimming pool outside with jets and sitting area, dry sauna - open 8 am till 10 pm.nThere were bath robes and towels in the room. Front desk service was exceptional, no problem with late check in - everything was smooth and fast. Free coffee in the lobby, lots of sitting area, gym, lockers & a restaurant - all you need. Bed was comfy with a puffy duvet. Good experience. We'll be back!

Does the job for a 2 night stay, no complaints. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. No toiletries were provided and there was no breakfast either. For a 4 star hotel I believe these should be part of the basic amenities to be offered. The hot pools were a nice addition. Coffee was served in the lobby which was nice
