We booked king + pull out room, even though we only stayed one night, but we definitely enjoyed our stay. The bed is very comfortable,and the chair with ottoman makes me relax. The room is new and very clean,nice design.The shower is quite good. The spa and sauna also gave us a surprise. They have a cool entertainment room. The staff were nice and helpful. This hotel has a boutique feel and design.Good value for price! We will definitely return.

800 dollars for eight nights and unfortunately - it's ridiculously overpriced for that level of service and inconvenience.nnFirst major concern see the picture - a room where I stayed didn't have a sink in the bathroom, sink was just in the corridor, by the entrance. Never seen anything like that before, it's just a joke and very very inconvenient. And technically that two-queen beds room supposed to be a single bed as its size is too small: we were hardly able to pass the corners hitting our knees and legs. In that room there is even no space for your luggage....nnSecond major concern - for 800 dollars we even didn't have a single bottle of water in our room.nnThird major concern - hotel doesn't offer breakfasts. There is just a cooler in the lobby where you can buy some small yogurt or juice - and that's it basically.nnOn a good side - it's been pretty clean and not noisy.nnOverall comment - doesn't worth that money and improvements must be done in terms of rooms' capacity and service in general.

Pretty nice hotel. We enjoy the spa quite a lot and the room was big and ideal for me, my wife and our little one. The breakfast included was a coupon for a restaurant named tutti frutti ... but it was quite awful... the only low down of our little weekend outing in Ottawa.

Stayed here for 3 days -family of 4 parents and 2 young kidsnOverall we definitely enjoyed our stay. This hotel has a boutique feel and design, while being located in an excellent location close to an amazing local bakery, restaurants amd stores, while still in a quiet area!nThe rooms aren't big- so when we got to the regular/standard room we understood it was too small for our family of four, and having the vanity located outside the bathroom, right beside the room entrance, and the closet has the fridge and microwave in it? Very tight space.nSo we upgraded to the king + pull out room, that was much better and more spacious, with a good size washroom as well and a spacious luxurious shower too.nThe place was clean, new, nice design, and the staff were nice and helpful.nThe spa pools need some better cleaning, but they're really warm and fun to enjoy in the cold.nGood value for price!

Pools are good, would be better if we could access them loner. Room looked good and clean, bathroom outdated a bit with the yellow cigarettestaied tub....nOtherwise a good experience
