First time to stay here. I was happy with the experience. Rooms are clean, spacious. Friendly staff. The hotel is going under some renovation due to a fire but you wouldn’t know it. Everything is clean. Good location. Anyone looking for an affordable hotel close to Ottawa I would highly recommend this spot.
What a disappointment on this hotel, I am staying for 4 nights and on those days no one came to clean our room or change anything no even to put toilet paper, even do I ask the cleaning service twice to donIt, I went to talk with the front desk lady and she said she can give me another room because no body is available to clean and her manager Bronco he refused to give as another room even do the lady told me they have more room available and he said if they don’t want to stay on that dirty room they can leave the hotel at 7 pm with 2 girls after a long day competition. This is terrible service. I am writing this because I want the people know this is not a place where you want to stay.
Clean and large room with kind staff. Basic breakfast which is serving in a small area. Good parking area but there was no lanscape from room window.nTotally quite and good for price.nA 35 min trip to Ottawa city centre by bus.
The hotel is doing renovations, but except for a relocated reception you wouldn’t be able to tell.nnOur door would not lock when we left and we told front desk and it had been all fixed when we came back.nnThe breakfast box was good included cheese, fruit, a croissant and a muffin with options to get juice, yoghurt, hard boiled egg and a piece pate and it was nice to be able to return to our room and eat.nnGreat location, within walking distance to the mall.
Great muffins but there was a dead fly in our room and the floor was kinda dirty and the recipients was nice
