Hampton Inn by Hilton Ottawa

I have stayed in this hotel twice, and both times have had stellar service. Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff, lovely large clean rooms, and great facilities gym, pool, laundry room. Super conveniently located to the 417...easy access to wherever you want to go. The complimentary breakfast has many options, and has gluten free choices too be sure to ask, they are kept in a separate area to avoid contamination. Ample parking below the hotel with two electric vehicle charging stations or in the large stadium parking lot next door. Pet friendly! I love this place, it's true hospitality.

The hotel room was big and clean have note that we purchased a sweet. I was a bit disappointed that the coats cost $15 a night bait not a big deal. The pool was clean and big for a hotel. The breakfast was mediocre but I would recommend the waffles. The front staff were fast knowledgeable respectful and kind. There is lots of parking in the underground parking garage. The garage has an elevator that goes to all floors. The ramp to get into the garage was a bit steep so if you drive a manual vehicle I would be cautious. The hotel is a bit distant from most attractions but the price makes up for that. I would recommend booking at least three days in advance as to get your desired room. The rooms are clean every two nights of your stay, you can also request for them to come and replenish your items such as towels. toilet paper, soap, etc. Overall the hotel is good, 4 stars.

Who actually writes a positive review for a Hampton Inn? I never thought it would be me, but here we are. This is hands down the best Hampton Inn experience I have ever had. The rooms are extra spacious, have quality furniture, and the bed was perfect. Parking is free and in a secure basement and there was plenty of it. You do need to go inside to get a room key, though. The app key won't work for parking. Breakfast was typical Hampton but the service was so on point, keeping everything clean and stocked even during the busy time. So kudos to you, Hampton Inn Ottawa.. you really knocked it out of the park!

This is the second time I had stayed here and both times were a excellent experience. The price is good, service is top notch excellent, rooms are very clean and the free breakfast is superb!!!! I stayed there in February 2024 then back again in August 2024. I would highly recommend this hotel and will always stay here when i'm in Ottawa.nI would like to give a shout out to the Assistant General Manager Carol Ann for taking care of what we deemed to be a little problem. I said it's nothing serious and she said it is to us. She took care of it immediately then followed up with an apology card and gift!!! Thank you Carol from the ladies in room 115..

This is a really good hotel! I had a room with 2 queen beds. The room size was spacious, and it had a fridge and microwave, which is amazing for families with kids. The breakfast was pretty decent as well. Location was perfect. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
