So sad this store is closing. It was not ever particularly good, neither for service nor quality of shoes. It was not particularly well maintained or clean either now that I think of it. But it was nonetheless a staple of the Lynn Valley mall landscape for as long as I have been here... A necessary go-to for emergency shoe supplies for suddenly growing boys feet. Payless, you will be missed.
Good variety of shoes off you consider the store size. Polite cashier.
Bad costumer service. You ask if they have a shoe in one size and they answer horrible. The sales person have a bad attitude.
I never seem to buy anything here. I guess if you want disposable or short term shoes this would be the place to go.
