I drove 130 KM's to this store that was said to carry boots for my husband, said there was 2 in stock online and when we Called the store they said there was 2 in stock. Packed our kids in the car and drove the 130 KM's to the store, when we got to store, there was 1 boot! even their system said there was 2 pairs in stock.We had to order online to find They don't ship to Squamish, even though there is a store right by my house (2 minute walk). I had things shipped to my parents house on Marine drive, and the courier company they use never attempted delivery and items are being sent back. When calling customer service I get 'there is nothing they can do'. I have another order just sitting there, not shipping yet, and they wouldn't even TRY to modify the shipping instructions so that I don't have the SAME headache with my most recent order. so now I am left to just sit and wait for the packages to be returned to them and wait for my refund.

Great staff very helpful advice and service helping me find everything I needed several times I have shopped there for work gear.

No complaints here. I walked into the store I was nicely greeted by staff. There was a great selection of work boots. Rohit a very nice gentleman at this store was very helpful and kind. Great experience.
