This location only - I am part of the Aldo crew and was shocked at the lack of customer service. Plenty of staff on the floor it was a mystery as to why I in particular was ignored. Not even a greeting. Coquitlam centre location works with way less staff and a much higher level of customer awareness.

Very incompetent staff. Get offended and argue unnecessarily when you need help with a customer service issue.

Lady at the front desk did not even smile or say hello to me when I walked in. I tried to return a pair of un wear shoes and they didn't accept it! I even had the receipt saying they were just bought. Never recommend this location.
