Bought one dress shirt, employee informed me of all sales and saved me $70+, but I ended up buying stuff I didn't end up going there for. I am still happy with high quality products that I have purchased

I don't know the associate's name who helps me when I go in but I get fantastic service. I also like this location because there's ample parking and the store is huge so there's great stock. Both Amir and Shiraz have given me outstanding service on different occasions. When you become a club member, which takes very little, the sales are outstanding and that puts the icing on the cake for a full five stars. The suits look great and you can pay a lot more somewhere else for a similar look.

Clearly not all Moore's are equal. I have been shopping at different Moore's locations for 8 years now. I will not make the mistake of coming to this location again. I came in and had to flag down an associate to help me. Told him I was looking for some business casual wear. I was in the market for a few pairs of shoes, several shirts, pants, and a couple sports coats. After he silently handed me shoes to try on, he proceeded to see somebody he knew, started measuring them and left me there. I promptly grabbed the shoes I had chosen already and got up to pay and leave. There were three other associates just standing together not helping anyone and one of them finalized the purchase for me. So I don't see an excuse for the service to be as horrid as I received. If you want a better location, make the trek to the downtown location on Granville or their location in coquitlam. It's well worth the extra mileage for the much superior service.

For rental, they size you and you end up with wrong everything, shirts, pants, coast and they say we have to be genetic, slim fit was more like 80s wide pants. That's aside from the attitude of the employees, just a failure. So definitely a bad idea and waste of money if you are planning to use them for wedding grooms rentals.

Can I give less than 1 star? They don't even deserve a half. I wear a suit every day for work as a commercial real estate broker, and I have now made the mistake of entering this store twice now, dressed in jeans, to buy at least 1 if not 2 or 3 suits. The first time I walked around looking at suits, pulling some off the racks and after about 15 minutes walked out as I had not been helped at all or even approached by a sales person. The second time was with my wife and daughter and this time I even tried some jackets on and said loudly that I didn't know what size I am or where anything was. Two of their 'sales people' literally looked me up and down and ignored me although one was nit 10 feet away pricing shirts and clearly saw and heard me. What do u have to do to let you know I need help! Stand in the middle of the store with my hand up and yell?! Please! Superior service the web site states! I say BS to that! Learn how to treat a customer!
