This place puts other shoe stores to shame. Amyn is so incredibly knowledgable, kind and understanding. Competitive pricing with waaaaaay better service. It’s awesome to be able to support a longstanding local small business and still walk away with the best product, experience and price.

Took my elderly mother here as she has "odd" shaped feet and has a hard time finding comfortable, supportive shoes. The people here worked tirelessly with us until we found 2 pairs of sandals that fit her perfectly and were super comfortable and attractive. She was VERY happy and we will definitely be back! The name House of Clogs is a bit deceiving as yes they do sell clogs but they also carry a good selection of quality, comfortable yet still fashionable shoes and boots.

I have problem feet due to lingering issues from broken ankles. The team at the House of clogs were great at offering suggestions and different styles. I went in to buy one pair of sandles and came out with 4 pairs. Great customer service and no pressure to buy.

I had the most amazing, above and beyond customer service here. They really cared about the specific concern I had with a problem foot and was not satisfied until I was completely happy and comfortable. They have a good collection of comfortable and fashionable European brands. So happy to #shoplocal at this special store.

Just bought a pair of casual runners I can fit my orthotics in and then splurged on an extremely comfortable pair of sandals the owner recommended for my specific foot problems. Excellent service and looking forward to a pain-free summer walking about

My wife and I were looking for waterproof boots for walking in our Vancouver winters. We went into the lonsdale store today, dec 29th, having seen some nice possibilities within their window display. We were so pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable and attentive Amyn was in clearly identifying my wife Laurette’s needs and the options available. He found the right boots for her and how right he was. We had an afternoon walk in her new boots and she could not have been happier with her purchase. We will certainly be back and would strongly recommend this store for your footwear needs. Yes the better foot ware brands do come with a slightly higher price, but as the saying goes, YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

I've shopped here three times in the last 4 years, for work boots and everyday shoes. Each time I've been, they've been absolutely fantastic! Super nice and super helpful!
