UPDATE: the owner responded to my review asking me to email them about my car's damage. I emailed, and followed up. It's been a month...still no reply. Why are you asking me to email you if you do not plan to reply?  Good for the most part, with the exception of having to wait 35 mins for a shuttle at 7am in the morning. It's not too big of a deal if you are not in a hurry. My car however, was hit by another vehicle during its stay here. The driver did not have the courtesy to leave his/her contact information. I contacted Park4Less to see what they can and are willing to do - the lady on the phone was quick to point out that they cannot be held responsible, but that she will speak to the manager about pulling security footage. I will refrain from leaving a premature review on this matter until I hear from Park4Less. I will update this forum when I do.

like everyone else i also had a good and pleasant experience with this company, you get more value than what you paid for, made my reservation online, went there the morning of my flight took my payment dropped me off, when i came back called them and picked me up in 10 mins, yes they helped you with your luggage's thanks guys!

At first we read a lot negative reviews about ParkNFly so we chose Park4Less. Now I understand the "4less": we waited over 50mins to be picked up at terminal 1 on a freezing midnight while watching shuttles from ParkNFly passing by 10+ times. Because THEY ONLY HAVE 1 SHUTTLE EVERY 40+ MINS. Please go for ParkNFly folks, don't waste tons of time for less money.

I just came back from a 10 day vacation and am perfectly happy with the service at Park4less. I booked my reservation online the day before leaving, and when I arrived to park, everything went smoothly. When I arrived back at Pearson, I called the number on the card they gave me when I parked, and was assured someone would be there for me in 15 minutes. Less than 10 minutes later, I was in the van. That's good service. The staff were pleasant, and the drivers were very helpful and friendly. I'd recommend these guys, absolutely.

First time user and very impressed! Parking lot is very close to the airport and even in rush hours doesn’t take long to get to the airport. Shuttle service was reasonably on time. Only spent 5-10 minutes outside waiting for the shuttle when we returned from our trip. Office staff and driver were very polite and helpful. Would use their service again for sure. Keep up the great service!

Great service. Lowest Price compared to all other operators. Shuttles were on time and will definitely use again. The shuttle even follows you to your car so you don't have to walk and help with luggage. I was really impressed by how quickly I was taken and picked up. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know. :

First time user of Park 4 Less.  Check-in was slow, although person at desk was friendly and courteous.  Upon arrival home from my trip, pick up took 35 minutes and 2 calls to inquire about when to expect the driver.  Drivers were friendly and helpful both going and coming.  Not sure I would use this service again as first impressions not positive.

Service was great when we arrived at the lot.  When we returned from our trip and called for a pick up at Terminal 3 I left a message and never heard back. Waited 25 minutes at the Post 7 and watched all sorts of parking buses come by.  Then phoned again and their mail box was FULL!  Kept making unsuccessful attempts to contact them.  I even tried phoning their toll free number to find that it was not in service. Finally saw a bus come by and we were able to flag it down.  The driver did not know he was to pick us up.  He was very apologetic.  The two  other people on the bus had the same experience. Not a great end to our trip. Will think twice before booking this parking service again.

Booking online was easy, but despite having a reservation, still had to leave the keys because the lot was overfull.  They conveniently didn't tell me i needed to leave the keys until after i paid....  Waited 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and fill with passengers before we left for the airport - recommend you give yourself extra time just in case - those who seemed to have less cushion time were agitated by the wait time.  For the return trip, had to call a few times before anyone actually picked up the phone.  After that, it was a short wait for the shuttle - about 10 minutes. You get dropped off at the front and have to walk to your car.  Other lots will drive you right to your car, which is a small, but appreciated service especially in a muddy lot, in the dark, with kids.  At this level of service, i'd use it again but it would need to be significantly cheaper than the competitors for it to be worth the extra hassles.

Unfortunately, never got to experience parking at their location. Booked a full month in advance for weekly parking, and arrived on the date of reservation to find out parking is full, leaving us 2 hrs before our flight scrambling to find a new parking spot. Their gates were completely shut, and the parking guy didn’t even want to bother come up to explain the situation to us. For charging us a whole month in advance, the parking lot did very little effort in fulfilling their end of the service. Thoroughly disappointed they don’t fulfill their end of the transaction.
