The cartoon artist in fantasy fair is amazing! His portraits of children are beautiful and detailed. The prices are reasonable and fair. I will treasure the portraits of my little ones for years. Definitely check them out! The only complaint I have is that the amusement park should have a price for accompanying parents. I was told that I needed to pay $27 to accompany my 2 year old on the 4 rides that she qualified to ride. I took her to the $1 rides in the mall and she enjoyed it just as much instead of paying $45 for the both of us.

Fantasy Fair was as fun for my (almost) 2-year old nephew, as it was for us adults who accompanied him. It is free to enter and walk around. You only need tickets for the rides, which we purchased from Groupon for an additional discount. If you are going on more than 5 rides, it makes sense to just purchase the "Unlimited" pass. The attention to detail is impressive. There's large animated dinosaurs that look real, with wiggling tails and sounds. The train runs around the mini city, with wonderfully choreographed railway crossings and fountains. The play area is huge and extremely fun, even for the adults. I would highly encourage laying your toddler on top of you for the slides though (rather than letting them go alone), as they are extremely fast. Other than that, the staff were extremely friendly and the lineups were short. There are some rides for children over 36", others for between 36" to 54", and yet others that are for over 54" only. However, the requirements are very accurate. I wouldn't let my nephew go on the rides over 36" even if he had been allowed. I would highly recommend Fantasy Fair. It is surprisingly just as fun for kids as it is for the adults. It is also conveniently connected to a shopping mall for those boring adults that absolutely will not go on rides.

My family and I love Fantasy Fair. The prices are a little on the higher end, but it is still worth it for a day full of fun. However, it is their holiday season where they have private functions before and after the park opens/closes. They have been doing this for the past 15 years, and always update their website and post signs in the park early October. For those who are complaining saying the park does not satisfy costumer needs, unfortunately you are not checking the website properly or asking employees about these events. It is not hard to simply read the signs or ask for help to see where the hours are posted. And if you cant do that, you can always call in before you travel instead of complaining on google.

My daughter hit her head on a slide. An employee told me this is a common incident on this particular slide, as it has a sharp turn and the child will hit their head if they do not lay down! The employee had ice packs on hand. They did not take any incident report or follow up. They would not allow an adult to accompany her and she went on the slide alone, as she was the appropriate height. I had no idea, no prior warning of the sharp turn. pricing based on height of child. My daughter is 39" and two years old, so I had to purchase a larger child's pass. Had to purchase additional adult tickets as she is not old enough to ride alone.

So, this was by far one of the worst visits we've had at Fantasy fair. First I bought a family pass on Groupon. After waiting in a very long line at ticket booth #2 I was told that only booth #1 can redeem my tickets. Fortunately, a manager was able to accommodate us, as I had 3 lillte ones with me. Another person was supposed to come to use the extra ticket, but was unable to get there for unforeseen reasons. They refused to give me the pass because their policy says they can't give the passes out it has to be strapped to someone. This was not a possible as we came along way to bring our grandchildren here. This was truly a waste of money that was hard to come by because we wanted to treat them today. It would have been nice of them to allow us to use it another day. I can only hope that God will repay us for the gift we gave to another family as we allowed them to use the pass for their little son. Shame on you Fantasy fair for your lack of flexibility in your policy. 😐
