Story

Orangetheory Fitness is a one-of-a kind fitness experience that combines two concepts: heart rate-monitored interval training and group personal training. The one-hour, ever changing workout was formulated by an exercise physiologist and consists of diverse components including high-energy cardiovascular and strength training using treadmills, rowing machines, suspension training and free weights with short bursts of intense exercise.

Pushes you in a positive way to do excersizes that work on muscles you didnt know you have. You lose not just fat, but inches! The music is AWESOME and totally upbeat that if you song along the hour zips by incredibly fast. And before you know it, you've burned like 600 calories and have your 12+ splat points you aim for. The coaches are extremely friendly, approachable, and very encouraging. And, every class is different. Which makes it exciting every time. Who would of know I can rep -almost- 15lbs 10 times in a row? I know now! :)

Decent workout program, but the prices are definitely ridiculous. 
For just 4 sessions a month, you pay $90
For 8 sessions per month, around $140
For unlimited sessions per month, $180
And on top of that a heart rate monitor for $100 or something like that
That's absolutely insane to be spending this much a month just on a gym membership considering most other gyms are around $40/50 for as many times as you want. The workouts themselves are pretty good although I do feel rushed quite a bit especially when doing the weights because you're working in a group and everything is fast-paced. Each to their own, but the free trial was enough for me.

The workouts are fun and challenging. The staff is helpful and makes sure your form is correct for the weights section. It helped me reach my goals. Thanks OTF!
