GoodLife Fitness Centres

I'm a new member of only about a month and the only reason why I am giving so many stars is because the equipment is pretty new and seems to be well maintained. That being said I'm about ready to cancel my membership.... For starters the music is so loud in the whole club including the change room that you can barely escape it even with headphones in. But that's not the worse thing about the loud music... After every couple of songs there are incredibly annoying and repetitive adds. I really can't stand it. You can't even relax in the sauna without hearing the annoying adds. It also seems like there are many hidden costs like yoga for an extra $20 per month when most clubs just offer classes like yoga for free. I found the sales person I was working with pretty pushy and didn't listen to anything I had to say. I'm really not impressed by Goodlife.

PLEASE GIVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR NEW REGULATION - $5 FREEZE ACCOUNT. YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE LYING TO CUSTOMER TO GET A SALE NOT GIVEN THE FULL INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR NEW REGULATION. GOODLIFE YOUR ARE BAD FRANCHISE

Worst goodlife location in Calgary is this one. Poor maintenance, most commonly seen note on most equipments is "out of service, sorry for inconvience, we will fix this as early as possible". According to this management soon means minimum month or 2 months. Most equipments are old and outdated. Management CLEARLY lacks MANAGEMENT skills. When it comes to cleanlines, this gym would be last in Calgary. Fit for less whixh charges 10$ per month is far better in cleanliness and maintenance... this gym needs a renovation and good management.

the staff is friendly. they call me by my name. i also tan and the room is always clean. the machines are clean and well maintained.

The workers here are too pushy and always trying to sell you a menbership. I was testing out a trial pass and they called me nonstop to sign up for the contract when I said I only wanted to test out the trial pass. Made me uncomfortable. The gym itself is nice with lots of equipment but staff wasn't to pleasant to deal with
