Hello, I just like to comment on a great job of yoga instructor, her name is Renee. I attended her class at 11 am on Sept.5, 2017. She used different techniques than other instructors. The movements had the flow and were easy to follow but I noticed that I used mussels which "I didn't know I had". Thank you Renee, I appreciated your class a lot!

Quiet and clean. But it's dark in here. Will definitely come here to workout at peak times because it's still emptier than my main gym.

Wont let deadlifts. My buddy trains there. He just said he was harassed for doing deadlifts. Thats really dumb. Doesnt management know that telling people not to deadlift heavy could inhibit the lifter and cause them injury and they sue the place. I will NEVER set foot in a place that allows other members to complain about people lifting heavy. Maybe just remove all the weights and just have cardio machines, but then thats not a real gym. I would rather die than lift in a gym like yours with that atmosphere. Zero stars.

This place hasn't seen updates like many other Goodlifes. If you're deeply into the gym bro life then this is still a good place to lift. Many find this location intimidating because of the layout.
