They only have smith machine. No squat rack. What about girls who like to lift?

My review is a little late though. I had been a member of this particular location way back in 2014. The staff was really friendly and the trainer was very helpful. But i felt like the equipments were packed close together.. I hope they are more spread out now.

Switched over to this Goodlife when I moved to Coventry and the gym is so tiny and the equipment is limited.  I found the staff to be rude and the change room not the cleanliest.

Only negative is they sing have a bench press set up besides the Smith machine. Otherwise great!
