Awesome gym for anyone, from new-comers all the way to dedicated gym rats! They offer a wide variety of machines and free weights. Very friendly, welcoming and supportive - a great gym community. I’ve met a bunch of women my age here, all of whom inspire me to keep doing the work. I personally love the infrared sauna after a good workout. Highly recommended.
