Went into the store yesterday looking for a hiking backpack that would hold a water bladder for my daughter. Julian stopped to offer some assistance and he was great. He answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with what I had. Great customer service.

Got a new jacket, sweater, waterproof spray and one of expensive decals. Seems the cashier forgot to give me the Decal which I realized when I was home, more attention is needed when processing orders to make sure customers are receiving all their items.

Great customer service from Andreas..... such a lovely personality....thank you for all your attention !!! Unfortunately..... the walking/hiking poles were wayyyyyy too expensive!! I found the same quality through Temu..... 50$ vs 300$ I'm so sorry.... but I work way way way too hard to justify our Canadian shops !!! These websites.... Amazon and Temu.... will kill the local marketplace !!! It's a fact of life for local shops !! It's sad.... but a reality !!
