We googled the restaurants around south Burnaby and found this treasury. The place is small. It was a raining and cold day. Only two people inside but we imagined that it’ll be busy during working hours or brunch hours.nnWe ordered chicken enchiladas and Burrito. The size is big, taste good. Definitely will come again to try their brunch.
What a lovely joint tucked in a business complex. We came for brunch and it didn’t disappoint, we got there around 10 on a Sunday morning and no one was there. Then around 11 am it got really busy! The baha fish taco was perfectly crispy and flavourful but not greasy.nnThe big breakfast burrito was huge and the Benedict’s came with 3 poached eggs, tater tots and coleslaw. The kids didn’t like the coleslaw much since it was bitter. But everything was cooked and flavoured well.nnWe will need to visit again.
This is a little hidden gem and I love that about this place. I haven't tried any of the food just yet, but I've bought a couple of drinks and bakery items and they've all been pretty good. I personally recommend the Hibiscus Water Agua de Jamaica - it was SO refreshing and it's so rare to find that it was a lovely surprise!nThe staff is very friendly, but are usually quite busy which can make interactions feel brief and sharp at peak hours. There is plenty of seating space and the music is great. Would highly recommend.
Super cute little cafe with super yummy food and unique drinks! I loved the smoked salmon eggs benny 3 eggs!! and my sister enjoyed the chilaquiles. But be careful with the chilaquiles, they were a little spicy for us! But we’re not spice people. Bright and inviting space with friendly staff. Highly recommend, will be back for sure!
The birri ramen was bomb! Also enjoyed the Blue Lavender Latte too. I will be back to try all the other amazing things on their menu. A must try
