They tried to sell me old, stale, burnt bubble waffle. What the hell!!?! If they had some quality control. Maybe I would consider going back. It's the reason why businesses next door are busy expect this place.

Very average bubble tea and Taiwanese food restaurant. Food seems to be a tad on the pricey side for what you get. Compared to the bubble world’s food this place can not compete. Spot is good if your in the area and just want some quick food and bubble tea but I would not go out of my house in the evening and drive here for it.

The location of this place is just right-- hidden right behind metrotown station! The staff who was serving me was also really nice to me. Probably because I smiled a lot. (Tip: smiles are contagious!) However... sadly the drinks, like the reviewers say, are actually watered down. The slushies were basically all ice. I was chewing on ice the whole time. I dont have bubble tea a lot and even I know these drinks aren't good quality. The prices are pretty high too despite the low quantity and quality. What really disturbed me was the sight I saw before my drink was served. The staff was eating my leftovers-- yes she was! She was scooping the residue slush from the blender and eating out of it. I understand why but it's not the most professional... Sadly I won't be coming back here anytime soon.

Service as fast as a snail 🐌 They have no soft drinks, no bottle water. Foods are small but expensive asf. Told them I was in a rush they said my order was gonna take 5 min ended up missing the bus which had a wait time of 15 min. Incredible! Wouldn't recommend this place even to my worst enemies. 👎👎👎

Stupid lady on the counter always in a hurry. Very rude. horrible customer service!! and cashier was acting impatient like it's not even busy
