Blenz Coffee

The service here Is always terrible. The drinks hit or miss. I think they need new employees and management to turn it around. You can really tell when coffee shops have a good and happy team that is thriving. I love consistency. And when a place isn’t consistent in quality of product i am less likely to come back.

Worst store in town very very disappointed with the service and Manager KORINA and employee CELINE would highly recommend no one visit this location..... i would 0 stars however this stupid thing doesn't let me post anything without giving a damm star:( WORST PEOPLE WORKING HERE WHO DOESN'T KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!

Bought a gift card from them, when gift card was redeemed it had a zero balance. I went back with the gift card and receipt,was told by a man that works there he would call head office and call me back. Still waiting for the call. DON'T BUY FROM HERE! go to Starbucks way better coffee and costumer service.

The cashier staff was rude. No smile and no customer service. She looked like she don’t even want to work at all.. the girl who made my drink, only filled 80% of it.. will never go again

Very rude staff. I was waiting for my friend and did not want to order before she came. I was sitting maybe for 5 mins ish? The staff asked me "are you our real customer?" They don't let you use their Wi-Fi or seats until you order something from them. I had to wait for my friend standing awkwardly outside of Blenz and we ended up going to Starbucks instead. Well, I could be their real customer if they did not kick me out.
