Tim Hortons

Ordered 2 hot chocolate, watched the staff doing something with the machine turning around and peek at me. Figured out it might have something wrong with my hot chocolate. My doubt was right. Took them home and try a sip on them, just plain water with chocolate colour. Thats how they trained their staffs to serve drinks when it is out? Impressive.

Probably the worst Tim Hortons location I've been to. Every bagel I have ordered had small hairs, were cut unevenly, and had the cream cheese in a ball in the middle not even spread. Every drink tastes burnt, and are incredibly rude when you ask for it to be redone. Ordered a bagel and hot chocolate and they gave me a bagel and coffee, when I asked for the hot chocolate 2 employees stood there and argued with me saying I ordered a coffee - when due to medical reasons I can't even have coffee?? Then the other day the cashier called me up, chatted with her coworker as I said my order, got it wrong, when I corrected her she corrected it wrong again because she was too busy talking, then corrected it again finally. Threw my change at me... DON'T GO HERE

Worst timmies ever!! THEY make an error and WE have to wait 10 mins for them to prove they made an error! What the hell??? Terrible customer service!!

I usually do online order and today I ordered on the app to the McKay Tim Hortons and they still honored my order not knowing what I actually paid for. They gave me my large double double and I'm really satisfied, great management seems to working here.

Always no products to sell! Clueless staffs. They make up reasons each time I come back and it's all different each time.. Needs proper training. Messy showcase
