Its great to know when you go into service your vehicle at Okanagan Chrysler Jeep Dodge they treat you as well as they do your automobile. The sales team is amazing. They follow through with everything they say they will do and make buying your vehicle as easy as spreading butter on hot toast. You will be treated as if they have known you all their lives. BEST experience purchasing my new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Konstantin at Okanagan Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Kelowna ! From day 1 when I was test driving vehicles Konstantin was extremely kind , knowledgeable and helpful. He did not pressure me (like other dealers did) which I really enjoy and appreciated. He was always available to answer my questions and he made this experience stress free and just incredible. Customer service was a 10/10. Everyone here is so nice. I get emails to bring my Jeep in and when I forget to call to make an appointment, they call me. I’ve never had any issue of any kind. Bought two vehicles from this dealership. From the sales guy to the finance guy and all the service guy, I’m not quite sure why anyone would buy a vehicle from anywhere else.

I got a fair trade in value for my vehicle and they got me into the truck I wanted for a good price at a good intrest rate. The whole crew is awesome there but Eric is the man. They always fallow up and keep in touch. Awesome dealership!
