After having moved to Kelowna from Winnipeg a couple of years ago, bringing my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid in tow, I decided to give Kelowna Ford Lincoln a try for my service needs.  I found the staff there to be knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to my needs.  In particular, Ken, the Service Manager is a great fellow who supports his staff and customers to the highest degree possible and he's been very good to me.

I liked the place so much that when it came time to buy a new car last year I decided to give the Ford line-up another try and ended up purchasing a 2017 Ford Escape from them.  I couldn't be happier.  Steve Ferris was my sales rep. and, again, he was another great member of the Kelowna Ford Lincoln team.

I also referred one of my friends there not too long ago and he bought a small Lincoln from them and was very happy too.

You won't be disappointed with the folks at Kelowna Ford Lincoln.

My previous experiences with this dealership have been great on both sides sales and service. However I had a service engine light come on in my F-150 and wanted to get it diagnosed and fixed. I called the dealership this morning to book my truck in. Receptionist was very polite however she told me that the technician that does the diagnosis is on vacation and I wouldn't be able to book the truck in till next week. How is it possible that for a dealership of this size that they only have one technician that does the diagnosis. Should they not have a rotation that if a mechanic is on vacation there should be a mechanic covering for him so there is no gaps in service. My thought are with the size of this dealership there should be at least 3 to 4 mechanics working. If there is only one mechanic diagnosing vehicles and he is on vacation I guess no other work is getting done because no other mechanic is diagnosing vehicle issues. I understand that I am not the only customer requesting service. This is a fail so my wallet will go elsewhere.

I had received a phone call from Kelowna Ford Lincoln asking if I wanted to sell my truck. Wade Bachelder was the gentleman that left the voicemail. I returned his call and we talked and set up a quick meeting. 
He offered me a good price for my current truck and inquired if I need another. I said I did if I were to sell and he told me what options I had. He wasn’t pushy at all, he didn’t try to up sell me, and he was friendly, understanding, and just so easy and pleasurable to deal with. 

He made the whole process easy and left us feeling great about our trade in and purchase. There were a few things that needed to be done to complete the deal and he was there every step of the way !! He actually went above and beyond in my opinion to make sure we were happy and satisfied!  

On top of this I have always taken my F350’s here for service. The staff are awesome. 5 ⭐️

Christine in the finance / lending department was amazing , she was great to deal with. The car it's self , when buying we had pointed out a couple things being wrong or needing to be fixed to find the sales department telling us it's fine and or normal for the type of car I got . As of tomorrow it will be the 2nd time in 3 weeks my car will be on the shop. With everything being under warranty why wouldn't this just be all fixed before being put up for sale. Not happy at all.

Good people. From Steve in Sales, and Sarah in business and finance, to Bryden in the shop they go the extra mile. If your looking for a new or used vehicle they make sure what they sell you is of the highest quality.
