Story

Welcome to the Kelowna Toyota Facebook page. Since we opened Kelowna Toyota at our first location on Highway 97 near the Kelowna Fire hall in 1970, our staff has grown from 12 to 42 team members. We out grew our original location and moved into a brand new facility in 1995 on Leathead Road, where we are still located today.

We have always believed that Kelowna Toyota plays a strong part in our community. We are proud to support the Kelowna Community Food Bank, the Kelowna General Hospital, Crimestoppers and assist in the fund raising efforts of local service clubs. You will also find Kelowna Toyota involved with the Kelowna YMCA and providing a Bursary for UBCO Nursing & Business faculties.

The Kelowna Toyota team has enjoyed the benefits of the Okanagan Lifestyle along with the friendly association with so many clients. We are committed to providing our customers with the best automobiles possible from Toyota and following up with the best service possible in all areas of the dealership.

Traded my old car for a Toyota Corolla. Although I thought I wouldn’t get a decent trade in value, however the staff here made sure I get a great deal. Great staff, got a lot of variety, and very helpful. I would shine some light on Joe Sassine, who is one of the sales representatives there. Very thoughtful, and he makes sure that you get the best deal on Toyota’s than any other dealership! Thanks Joe!

I purchased my 2017 Toyota Prius from Kelowna Toyota salesman Joe. I was very impressed by his service. Joe explained to me everything about my new car in detail and he made sure that I understood everything well before leaving the parking lot with my new car. Joe made sure that I got the best possible price for my car and gave me several options to consider. Overall I could not ask for better service. I would highly recommend Joe to anybody. He is one of the best at Kelowna Toyota Dealership.

I came to Kelowna Toyota to further look and possibly purchase a 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer. I was dealing with Joe, the product advisor. He made the time being there go smoothly and an overall great experience. It took a little longer to put the winter tires on and get back onto the road. but, what do you expect when its winter outside. Lastly, I would just like to thank the whole Kelowna Toyota crew for doing such a great job. for my next vehicle I hope I get the chance to buy at Kelowna Toyota. Great job guys!

I bought my new truck from Kelowna Toyota this summer after deciding to return to the Toyota brand. I am very happy with my decision, and a good part of that satisfaction was thanks to the customer service I received at Kelowna Toyota.

Wendell Gillis was very helpful in finding the right truck for me, and both him and Steve Ennis worked hard to make sure that I got a great deal that worked for everyone, a real win-win.

The most important part of the experience so far has been the follow up customer service since buying the truck. It is quite rare to be treated just as well both before and after you have made a purchase of a vehicle, especially from the sales staff.

I have a high degree of confidence that I will be taken care of as a customer at Kelowna Toyota. Their Parts and Service staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very competent.

Everyone whom I have had interactions with, from Wendell and Steve in sales, Stephan in finance, Richard in parts, and all of the other friendly faces in Service, have made every visit a stress free experience.

Kelowna Toyota is an excellent dealership, and I can easily recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car, or for parts and service.
