Reviews

Bought a fire table for quite a bit of money but love it.  Shortly after using it, a crack developed.  They honoured it under warranty eventually  except we went to pick it up and the unassembled box was dumped into our truck.  It is extremely heavy and now we have to put it together?  Why wasn't it assembled and delivered?  Was going to buy a hot tub from them next but certainly won't now.

I found the staff member I dealt with to be extremely indifferent.  I was trying to purchase a BBQ and even told the salesman directly that I intended to purchase that day and even the particular model I wanted.  He literally couldn’t care less and wasn’t even willing to put together a package price for the BBQ and natural gas conversion kit.  I left the store and immediately went and bought a BBQ at a different retailer.  

I’ll spend my money at retailers that value me as a consumer.
