I worked with Josh on a purchase over several years.  He was great at keeping me updated on models that came in that matched my specific requirements without being pushy.   He worked well with me to match my expectations during the deal.  He also provided good information about the features of the car and obviously knows the inventory extremely well.  The only criticism I have is that I would have appreciated more information about the run flat tires prior to agreeing to the deal so that I wasn't surprised when the topic of tire insurance was raised when I went to pay for the car.

Morgan Ellis was great to deal with in the purchase of my M3 from Kelowna BMW. As it was a used vehicle he was upfront and honest about all concerns raised, a quality I have found to be rare these days in sales. He was also very fair and reasonable in negotiating the right price for my trade in and the new vehicle. Truly impressed with his patience and honesty. I will definitely deal with Morgan on a future purchase. Good to have found someone in the business like him.

Gary Stannell was a great salesman, not pushy, but friendly, very helpful and worked hard for the sale! Garrett Hull on the business end of things made everything go smoothly, very clear and informative on the details, great sense of humor! Could not be happier with the whole experience, thanks guys!!

I dealt with Calvin Johnson when I bought my 2017 x1. Calvin was great to deal with and I felt comfortable with him from the moment we shook hands. I never felt pressure through my buying experience at kelowna BMW and highly recommend them to anyone thinking about buying a new vehicle. After I purchased my vehicle, Calvin went through the whole vehicle explaining all of the options and showing me the how to of my new x1. Thanks folks for the outstanding service!👍

I think Kelowna BMW provided excellent service throughout the entire process of buying our new vehicle. The purchasing process was efficient and well organized; and Calvin was there to step me through every aspect of the car - which really showcased for me all the car's new features and help to setup my preferred vehicle settings. It make a difference - Thank you!
