Extremely professional, efficient and friendly staff. Catherine who handles all service phone calls was very welcoming, and Dave who provides the complimentary shuttle while you wait was friendly as can be. The service manager assigned to us, Jeremiah, was so efficient, organized and honest, we couldn't have asked for better service from him. Many thanks to all of you at the dealership!

Traded my car in and was dealing with Phil J. and Mario. The first time I went in, to see the car that I found on Autotrader, it was unfortunately already sold. But they were both very helpful and went above and beyond to find the same vehicle that I want and they bought it from Vancouver for me. Sales people are not pushy (which was refreshing) and they answered any question I had with no hesitation. Highly recommend this dealership!

Outstanding customer service, attentive, and accommodating team. Our purchase was the fastest, and most pleasant in our history of owning vehicles of over 30 years.  Nils and Mario are worth the drive, best prices in Okanagan on trade-in and our Expedition.  Thank you!

Front end staff were fabulous, friendly and helpful.
The service itself was very poor.
I have a full service plan, prepaid service at the time of purchase.  I have had services done in several places, they  all have been thorough, detailed and complete.  At Orchard they simply changed the oil and a cabin filter and nothing more.  Couldn't tell me about the state of the brakes, because they didn't check.  They had the truck from 7 AM til 2 PM and all I got Was an oil and filter change.  
Not that it is included, but this is also the only Ford dealer that did not provide a court way exterior wash as well.  
There is another dealer in town, I would go there next time to compare. Maybe this is the best Ford can do here.  Really disappointing.

I couldn't have had a better experience then I did. I request if I could get my escape back by 3 as I really had a lot to do and I got it back by noon which made me so happy. He went out of his way to help me out.
