Great experience! Our salesman James Field was awesome. He even sent me an impromptu YouTube video of the truck showing a complete walk around inside and out. We came from Chilliwack on short and both James and the dealership pulled out all the stops to have our truck ready for us when we arrived.

coulda been a 5 star... but...nso I came from Edmonton to pick up a truck I had pretty much bought . when I go there to take for a quick test drive before signing paper work I had asked of it was all shined up and ready to go. yes. I saw it and it was still wet...water spots and dirt everywhere. box was not washed . this was a black truck and if it's not done properly..looks like it just sat in the rain. other than that the sales, finance and management team were great. communication was awesome and everything was above board. it just seems from other reviews... Bannister does really well overall, just the attention to detail is severely lacking, and when you have customers coming in to drop 70-125000.00 ..details is the ONLY thing they want. thighten it up guys and you'll be great.
