“I've been to other Nissan dealerships in other provinces and I loved them as well. But yours is exceptional, I called that morning and they said you had express services and just to come in. I came in told it would take a half hour, there was lots of room in the waiting area ( I have a 7 month old). I was able to spread out lots of employee came and checked on us and informed us of the progress. At the end a service person came and asked if we want our car cleaned and washed complimentary if I was able to stay an extra 30 minutes. As a busy mom I was pumped by this opportunity, I immediately said yes and my rouge was spotless. My husband and his brother having very fancy trucks from other car companies and don't get even close to the service I get at Nissan. I think you guys are amazing. Thank you!!”

I just bought a used Audi Q5 and I can say the customer service at this dealership rivals the best. I am loving my new vehicle but when I received it, it was meticulously cleaned. I’d requested an auto start, new tires and a trailer hitch and these items were all taken care of for me so that when I picked up my vehicle it was the way I wanted. Would I buy another vehicle here —— a resounding Hell Yes! Thanks Randy, Ken and all the other staff that helped me with my purchase. 👍🏼👍🏼

Went to test drive a Titan because of a good deal posted on the Nissan website.  Due to of our Lease commitment we didn't think there was 1 out of 10 chance of making a deal but Sales Rep Brent Gailey recognized our somewhat complicated situation and quickly found a solution too good to refuse.  Brent has excellent people skills and made the purchase process pleasant.  We also have to thank Ashley Foster in Finance who efficiently sorted out the final paperwork.  Very nice new facility created a comfortable environment during the delivery.  Overall a great customer experience!

Excellent customer service, from the gal who handles the phone to the finance manager, on-site insurance gal and our sales consultant, Brent Gailey. He was genuine, professional and approachable. We liked him instantly. He understood we were hurried to make the purchase and carry on with our day so he did his best to fast track everything for us. Go see Brent specifically if you're looking to purchase your next Nissan!

“Bailey Payne, our knowledgeable, personable sales person made our experience a very positive one. She was straight-forward and patient, & we highly recommend her.
We felt we were fairly treated on our trade-in and with the purchase price & it was really quite painless.
Their new building is beautiful, treatment by all staff was excellent...and it was an added bonus to have our new car waiting in the glassed-in area, ready to go.”     Jennifer & Gary Reece
