A Truly Relaxing Ofuro Spa ExperiencennMy visit to the Ofuro spa was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and beautifully designed to promote relaxation. The warm ofuro bath was incredibly soothing, helping melt away stress and tension almost instantly. The staff were professional, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. Every detail from the temperature of the water to the tranquil ambiance was thoughtfully curated. I left feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and deeply relaxed. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape and a traditional ofuro-style spa experience, I highly recommend this spa. It’s the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with yourself.

I really enjoyed going to the spa and can totally recommend it. It’s one of the most grounded and down to earth spas I’ve been to in Quebec. It’s relaxed, the nature is gorgeous, the pools and saunas are wonderful, the buildings are gorgeous, the relaxation spaces are cozy. It’s also more affordable than other spas around. Would definitely come again!nnThe one feedback I have is that it would be great to have hair dryers!

***DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ITS DANGEROUS ***nMold everywhere, and now I have rashes all over my neck and à reaction on my face.nWhat a shame, cheap owner who doesn't want to invest à penny . Its for safety its for hygienic purpose , there is no negotiations on this.nThere was only one man to serve and take care of the whole Spa.nNo bistro , food on the fridge looked icky. No tea was served.nHonestly I wouldn't bother to write a review , I would have considerate another not to go list . However, with me suffering this rashes, disgusting.nThis place need to be shutdown.

We had such a great time here! All of the staff were very accommodating and nice. It even snowed that day and the entire grounds were still walkable. Couldn't have asked for a better spa experience.

VERY DISAPPOINTEDnJust arriving the path to reception was extremely slippery, steep and very dangerous.nIn the large warm pools there was unidentifiable debris and hair floating around and the floors looked dirty. The sides had had crumbling cement that someone in my group cut their feet on. In addition the jets weren’t working. Even getting in and out of the pool was a hazard as there was only one railing that was barely screwed down.nThroughout the location daily maintenance and activities were not available and this was on a Saturday!! This included most of the water dispensers were empty and the tap water was not drinkable. None of the fire pits were maintained or lit. The forest paths were not maintened and the snow was not cleared. There was no access to the river as advertised.nThe layout seemed very confusing. There was a bathroom that was not soundproof in a silent meditation room. There was no privacy for the bathroom goer or individuals trying to enjoy silent meditation.nThe steam room looked like it had not been cleaned with questionable dark areas on the walls and slimy seats.nMy only hope is that we left with only memories and no diseases
