Hotel located in a quiet place, next to many outdoor activities. Restaurant onsite as well as spa services. Awesome hotel staff!!

The place is very quiet and clean. It's right next to a lake where you can relax. They actually have a partnership with the administration of the lake so you don't have to pay an entrance fee. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable, even in the economic rooms. They have a lot of jacuzzis, indoor and outdoor pools and nice relaxations areas. Service was very nice. The massage therapists there were incroyable and nicely priced. Well definitely go back.

Would NOT recommend this hotel!! Our room 502 had a horrible musky smell, not very clean. Supper was overpriced, the wait time between courses was ridiculous..average wait time between courses was about 30 min. After checking out I realized that I had left my Micheal Kors watch and 2 braclets in the washroom, I called back right away to let them know that I had left my watch in the room and would be coming back to pick it up the following weekend. I live 2 hours away from the hotel. A few days later when I called to let them know that I would be coming to pick up my watch and bracelets the receptionist said that they didn't have my watch and that they believed the maid because she was a Christian women who went to church and would not have stolen my watch. I would never recommend this hotel, the food wasn't great, the rooms are older and need revamping but most of all the staff is very dishonest. UPDATE. So after having posted my review, I received a call today (August 7, 2017) from the owner of the spa, When I answered the call the owner started calling me names and telling me that she would be suing me for my review and that I was nothing more then a stupid customer. She was extremely rude and condescending. I have never in my life experienced anything like this. The phone call was full of insults and extreme bullying!! I don't know who this lady thinks she is but in NO way is her behaviour acceptable.
