Chalets Spa Nature - Location de chalets Luxueux- Laurentides

Cottage itself is nice BUT very let go. Many small items broken like stools, chairs, sofa is good for garbage and the spa is missing all the neck cushions meaning that only the plastic pins are left and they stick you in the neck if you dare lay your head down. Also, the parking/private road was such in bad shape that our car got stuck in it and the oil filter was damaged. We called the very first day to tell them about the smaller problems and the parking which mas major and we were told they would take care of it. They never did and never followed through with any kind of follow up. Very unfortunate but once they have your money you can forget about after sales service. none of the other cottages had such crappy snow removal so its not an issue of too much snow, its an issue that it is not getting the attention it deserves for 300$ a night.

Un très beau séjour. Tout est parfait. Le chalet est vraiment bien équipé, tout y est. Les lits sont vraiment confortables. Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Le chalet est chaleureux et confortable, accès à la nature et sentiers, terminer la journée dans le spa et près du feu. Nous y retournerons c'est certain!!!
