The Ritz-Carlton, Montreal

Stayed for 3 nights with the family. Veronica and Arlene were so sweet and went above and beyond to recognize my young son’s birthday and make him feel extra special. Even prior to our trip, Veronica and the guest relations team reached out to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. The hotel staff in general are very warm and welcoming and make the effort to engage with guests in every interaction.nThe rooms were lovely and spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The restaurants are fantastic and gym is well equipped.nHighly recommend for a wonderful stay in Montreal.

I celebrated my birthday at the Ritz and it was an incredible experience ! What was so fantastic was the quality of the service and the attention to detail. The staff was so friendly and warm and the welcome was so special- they greeted us with cookies, a cheese plate and some fruit with a hand written note.nnThe bed and sheets were very comfortable , the bath was huge and the stay was just perfect! We also had breakfast in the room and I would really recommend!

We’re staying at the Ritz-Carlton Montreal to celebrate my parents’ 44th anniversary, and I can’t say enough good things about the front desk team, especially Louise and Allyson.nnWhen we arrived, the room wasn’t ready, but Louise greeted us so warmly and even spoke Mandarin beautifully! She mentioned she had lived in China for eight months, such a nice personal touch. While we were having lunch at Maison Boulud, she personally came to the restaurant to let us know the room was ready, we were so touched!nnAfter check-in, Allyson gave us a lovely tour of the hotel and walked us to our beautiful suite on the top floor. Their professionalism and kindness truly made our stay special.nnThank you, Louise and Allyson, for making this celebration unforgettable!

We rented a suite for my grandmother's 100th bday. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was high quality and done with finesse and care, honestly some of the chicken I have ever had, I suspect it was sous vide.nnOverall a fantastic experience and we were very happy. My grandmother has been coming to the Ritz for tea for as long as I can remember, so this was very special for her and they delivered.
