My husband, daughter, and I stayed at the Ritz Carlton for my husbands work. Our stay was fantastic in every way! The service was wonderful, hotel was very clean, and the room had the best features. My husband wants to switch out all our toilets for the Japanese one featured in our room. Special thanks to the concierge/ baby sitter Janie. She did a great job taking care of our daughter Muriel! Better than many sitters I’ve hired at home.

Great NYE dinner. We had 1st Service of their French Tasting Menu. Great food made to perfection. Never find such succulent but well done beef elsewhere. Menu was very unique. Staff are all friendly and enthusiastic. I should have tipped more.... I was probably a little drunk after 2 glasses

We've been staying here for the Christmas holidays and we have been amazed at how the entire staff manage to achieve that rare combination of professionalism, graciousness, and "humanness". We've stayed in some amazing hotels but this one wins hands down. You need a sled for your 9 year old? At your door in 5 minutes...with a smile. Christmas tree with presents? Done! Forget your swimsuit? No problem! There was nothing we could think of that they hadn't anticipated! Our 9 year old wants to live here. Seriously...if you come to Montreal and do not stay at the Ritz Carlton, you are missing out!

Service was fantastic. The head waiter Olivier was very professional. One or two of the assistant wait-staff were a little green, but they did a decent job. We did the chefs tasting menu and they were able to accommodate an allergy with one of our party without issue. I would recommend this establishment to anyone seeking fine dining and a lovely view of the garden and duck pond.
