The staff were warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We were also incredibly grateful for the complimentary upgrade, which made our experience even more memorable and luxurious.nnThe atmosphere of the hotel is timeless and sophisticated, and every part of the property — from the lobby to the spa and overall amenities — was impeccably maintained.nnThank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton was nothing short of exceptional.nnWe especially enjoyed lounging by the rooftop pool and relaxing at the St. James Spa.nnThe staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely committed to caring for their guests.nnThe room, amenities, and overall atmosphere were elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully considered.nnThe highlight of our stay was an unforgettable dining experience at Maison Boulud—every dish a culinary delight.nnA truly memorable experience for our family.

We had an extraordinary experience in January and I've been meaning to write a review ever since. We'd just gotten some incredibly good and hopeful health news - so as we walked up to the host stand of the Lounge, just inside the door, and I was crying. I hadn't intended it to work out that way - but that's how things unfolded. There was a lovely blonde woman working the host desk who was incredibly kind and thoughtful and caring, going out of her way to take care of us and make us feel comfortable. I wanted to thank her again for being such a lovely human - but the next time we were in the city but she was not there. We have been back two or three times since and not seen her. But we will always be grateful to her - and to The Ritz for having such lovely staff. It was a big time for us - and we will always remember that night. Thank you!

I would give this hotel 4 stars. Overall, everything was very good and I really enjoyed my stay.nnThe teams are, in general, extremely kind, welcoming, and professional, which makes a real difference. You immediately feel well taken care of.nnThe rooms are lovely, modern, and very comfortable. A special mention for the bathroom: the shower turns into a hammam, which is incredibly pleasant and a real plus after a long day. The gym is also very well equipped and easy to access.nnThe only disappointing point was the spa. While the welcome was very good, the massage itself was unfortunately not up to the level of the hotel. It felt more like being patted and shaken than actually massaged, which was quite frustrating.nnThat being said, I would happily return to the hotel without hesitation just not to the spa.

This was my first time staying at a Ritz-Carlton and I was blown away! Right when you get there you are pleasantly greeted and handed a water bottle. They also have fruit flavored water in the lobby.nnWe were escorted up to our room and they explained everything to us. We were really impressed by the professional staff and extreme kindness they showed.nnThey have a pool located on the top floor overlooking the street, a terrace, gym and a spa.nnRoom service is 24/7 and I would recommend the cheese plate and poutine and for dessert the chocolate and coffee ice cream cakennThis was a GREAT way to start our vacation! I would give it 100 stars if I could
