The staff is not very friendly or helpful. The store should consider hiring friendlier staff and focus more on customer satisfaction rather than sales. Looking at other reviews on Google, the theme is pretty consistent.

The store attendant was rather offish. Focused more on her chatter than assisting would be clients. I walked out without a purchase 😑

Very rude staff. I used to enjoy shopping at this location but lately the staff has been very rude and unhelpful. I came here twice in the last month and felt awful after leaving the store because of how they treat you as a customer. First no one greet you as you enter, second you’ll have to search for the store for a staff to help you get a size and third once you find one they pretend to be busy and don’t offer any help. My latest experience, I asked a staff for a size when she was passing me and she rudely told me “I am looking for other sizes” which I understand if there is someone before me that she needs to attend to but there is no need to be snappy about it, especially when I asked her in a nice way. This kind of experience happened to me more than one, no matter if the store is busy or not, the staff are not pleasant and seem to choose only a certain type of customers to offer good service. Hope management find better staff for this store.

i went on mar 12 th 2018 7 pm.. the the girl was above and beyond, she was helping everone, and was very humble. i asked her 3 diffrent size of shoes she check in her hand helld everytime.... and ONCE she was busy so a guy came out of back area casually no smile in full attitude, i asked do you have size of some shoe , without even checking in split secong he just bluntly said me thats the last one he has, i was sure he is being a douche, i asked the nice lady again , AND guess what they had that size. i bought the shoes, and made sure that guy knew that i got the size in same show.. he was un-empathetic. props to the sales girl .. she should be the manager, looked quite east indian to me but who ever she was .. she was AWESOME

The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Racist.!!!!! The girl was attending all the white customers but didnt listened to me at all ! Looks like they dont want to work there but would rather just stand and stare.
