Well the food is excellent I will say that but the service is garbage been here 5 + times and very disappointing service and hit a nerve tonight haven’t been out for a month and my wife loves the food here so I made a reservation the day before and show up 10 minuets early to find a hostess that can’t find my reservation and even though there were multiple empty seats that were for “vip”s coming in later I was turned away will never go out here again! Joke

EDIT: GO IN, DO NOT GET DELIVERY!!! We ordered a delivery last night and it turned up cold. We only live like 4 blocks away! Still great pizza dough, just not as nice cold. RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE: Amazing pizza! Best I've tried in Vancouver so far! These have got to be the closet to true Napoli pizza this side of the Atlantic.

I was surprised today- had couple of decent or even good experiences here in the past. However today the dough was soft and wierd - almost undercooked (someone might say it’s how pizza is made in Naples, but we didn’t like it!). Reading other recently posted reviews I see there has been a change in management and the new ones have some ground to catch up!

Nice, but usually busy place. Their happy hour of a Margarita Pizza and a Beer or glass of wine for $10 is amazing. The food is very good and seating quite comfortable. Great place to stop by on a night out in Gastown.

Unfortunately, pizza didn't meet my expectations. The dough was baked more than it should be and its taste could be improved. The staff was only ok. They could be more friendly and more welcoming to the customers. And the washroom should be more well maintained and cleaned.
